PURPOSE:To improve moisture permeability and prevent elution of moisture absorbent upon high humidity or dewing by a method wherein a processing layer, containing porous base material, soluble high polymer, high moisture absorbing high polymer and the moisture absorbent as essential ingradients, is provided. CONSTITUTION:Employed high moisture absorbing high polymer is consisting of hydrolyzate of starch-acrylonitrile and grafting starch series isobutylene-maleic anhydride added with crosslinking agent. Soluble high polymer is commonly consisting of polyvinyl alcohol while moisture absorbent is commonly consisting of halogenated lithium. In case the element is consisting of soluble high polymer, powder high moisture absorbing high polymer and moisture absorbent, the powder high moisture absorbing high polymer is preferable to be 5-20% with respect to the soluble high polymer, the moisture absorbent is preferable to be 5-50% with respect to the soluble high polymer and 5-1,000% with respect to the high moisture absorbing high polymer. On the other hand, in case the soluble high polymer and the crosslinking agent are blended as the potential substance of the high moisture absorbing high polymer, the moisture absorbent is mixed by 5-1,000% with respect to the composition of soluble high polymer and crosslinking agent.
