A coupling bushing for passing electrical control signals through while at the same time providing DC isolation between a control section which is intrinsically safe and a control section which is not intrinsically safe, having a sleeve which can be inserted from the pressure-resistant space into a housing wall and has potted electronic components, and having control lines which are intrinsically safe and control lines which are not intrinsically safe, which are all passed out of the sleeve at the end, the sleeve containing a large number of inserted, potted control lines whose connection in signal terms and DC isolation take place within the sleeve by means of suitable potted modules. <IMAGE>
