PURPOSE:To enable mass production using a printing technique, etc. by electrically connecting the incised part of a coil enclosing the outside of a toroidal magnetic core with an insulation film on which a conductive pattern is formed. CONSTITUTION:A conductive pattern 13 incised along the direction of the winding axis of a coil to be wound around a toroidal magnetic core 11 is formed on a flexible insulation film 12, the outside of the toroidal magnetic core 11 is enclosed with the insulation film 12 and the incised part of the coil is electrically connected. In the manufacture of the coil, a material wherein the conductive pattern 13 is previously formed on the insulation film 12 is prepared. The toroidal magnetic core 11 is enclosed with the insulation film 12 to form a coil when the connecting part of the conductive pattern 13 is electrically connected mutually. Soldering and a conductive paste, etc. are used for the electrical connection of the conductive pattern. This enables a comparatively easy manufacture and even a coil of greater inductance can be manufactured if the insulation film 12 is laminated. |
