PURPOSE:To enable to improve productivity by performing removal of a core from a molded article in a short period of time, by making use of the core of a brittle failure material. CONSTITUTION:A bottom and top forces 2, 3 are broken and a core 4 is fixed by inserting both end parts of the same into holes 2c. The top force 3 is claped to the bottom force 2. Molten polyethylene resin is cast into molding spatial part 5, solidified and a molded article W is molded. The molded article W is unloaded from a mold surface 2a by breaking the forces and releasing the mold surface 2a of the bottom force 2. The molded article W is mounted on a bottom platen 7 of a pressing machine 6, air is supplied to a pipe 11b of the upper part of a cylinder 10 and appropriate compression load is applied to the molded article W by making a top platen 8 descend. At the time when the core 4 is damaged, the molded article W is unloated by making the top platen 8 ascend by supplying air to a pipe 11a of the lower part of the cylinder 10. With this construction, a hollow product made of polyethylene resin corresponding to a molding spatial part 5 to be formed of the molding tool 1 and the core 4 is obtained. |
