PURPOSE:To constitute the titled machine so that a prepared film in uniform in section and in free from wrinkles and waviness, by a method wherein a large number of soft fillings whose length is constant is set up on a pillar rising from a die extending over about the whole length of semi-molten cylindrical film by facing the fillings toward a radial direction by so constituting the setting-up that a circumscribed circle at the tips of the large number of fillings becomes larger than the inside of the semi-molten cylindrical film. CONSTITUTION:A large number of soft fillings 13 whose length is constant is set up on an external circumferential surface of a pillar 11 extending from a part directly above a die 1 to the upper part of a cylindrical film 4 so that the fillings face in a radial direction and a circumscribed circle at the tips of the fittings each becomes larger than the inside of the cylindrical film 4. When the cylindrical film 4 in a semi-molten state is extruded through a die 1 in a state facing upward, the tips 13 of the fillings each are bent upward by coming into contact with the inside of the cylindrical film 4 which is supported by to outside surfaces of the fillings 13 while sliding contact of them with the inside of the cylindrical film 4 is being performed. As for a stabilizing member B, a contact area between the fillings 13 and cylindrical film 4 is small, therefore, frictional resistance is small and it is possible to improve productivity of the film by extruding a large quantity of resin through the die 1 at high speed. |
