NEW MATERIAL:The titled segment having the DNA sequence of formula. USE:An agent effective to the growth and proliferation of sensory nerve cell, sympathetic nerve cell, etc., and an agent to prevent senile aphrenia. PREPARATION:A mutually complementary combination of oligonucleotides of formula 5'CGATATGTTCCTCC and 5'GTGAGAGGAGGACATAT, and 5'TCTCACCCGATCTTC3', 5'CCACGGTGGAAGATCGG3' etc. and 5Y'AAC3' (Y' is complementary sequence of Y to the 5' terminal incised with the same restriction enzyme), is selected. Both sequences of each combination are bonded together by hydrogen bond to form a double-chain oligonucleotide. A group of plural combinations of oligonucleotides which can be bonded completely with each other are bonded in the presence of a ligase and the obtained four or more double-chain DNA fragments are bonded with each other in the pres ence of a ligase. |
