PURPOSE:To increase the workability and to improve the reinforcement effect of the end part of a sheet as a product, by a method wherein a reinforcement edge of thick width is provided at the end part by pressing a metallic bar at the heated condition at the adequate position of the sheet end part. CONSTITUTION:A thermo-plasticity sheet 2 of the width of 1.5mm is placed on a working stand 1, and is pressed 2min by the metallic bar 3 with the air pressure of 2kg/cm<2>, and the pressed part 4 by the metallic bar 3 is cut by a cutting blade 6, and reinforced edges of the width of 2mm are formed at the end parts of the sheet 2 and they are made to products. Moreover, though the metallic bar 2 of the width of 5mm is used here, those of the width of 2mm-20mm is adequate. |
