A process for the production of resin-impregnated substrates for use in the production of laminates for printed circuits, where the substrate is impregnated with a solution containing epoxy resins, phenol compounds, curing agents, accelerators, novolak and solvents, and is pressed to give the prepreg, and to laminates and multi layers produced therefrom.
