PURPOSE:To execute easily various tabulations by storing in advance data of plural kinds of tables in a memory, storing a read-out data as a reference position corresponding to a format of the memory, converting it to a corresponding to a condition of a printer to be used, and thereafter, sending it out to the printer. CONSTITUTION:An accumulating part 1 has a memory, in which plural kinds of table-like data are stored. It is selected and read out by an editing part 2 provided with a processor and a memory, etc., and stored in a memory in said part by a designated reference position. Also, they are read out successively and given to a converting part 3, converted to a code corresponding to a format of a printer to be used, in this part, and thereafter, send out to a printer 5 through a driving part 4. By driving this printer, the table-like data is printed out, and a tabulation is executed thereby.
