PURPOSE:To attain the changing function of reproducing areas without reducing the quantity of main information by using m numbers of bits of n-bit data for indicating data which indicates the change of reproducing areas and using remaining bit data as data required for reproducing of the reproducing areas before the change and data required for the change of the reproducing area. CONSTITUTION:The 7th bit is '0' for normal recording and is '1' in several tracks just before the change of a recording track. When the change of the reproducing track is indicated or repeat reproducing is performed, data of the 7th bit is set to '1' by the operation of an operation part 24. 7-bit data from the 0th bit to the 6th bit is data for the recording mode of the track itself and retrieval when the 7th bit is '0' and is data required for the track change when the 7th bit is '1'. |
