COLORED ALUMINUM MATERIAL

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve the uniform colorability, corrosion and wear resistances of an Al or Al alloy material having an anodic oxide film by subjecting the surface of the Al material to secondary electrolysis so as to deposit Ni and Zn in the pores in the oxide film with a prescribed ratio. CONSTITUTION:A gray or black colored film is formed on an anodically oxidized Al or Al alloy material by secondary electrolysis to obtain a colored Al material. The colored film contains Ni and Zn in 1:(0.5-2) weight ratio of Ni:Zn.
