PURPOSE:To prevent the decrease in the temp. in the stage of reagent dispensing by providing reagent heating-up vessels to be used exclusively for heating reagents separately from reagent vessels for storing the reagents thereby making possible the heating of only the reagents for analysis and minimizing the amt. of the reagent to be heated to the reaction temp. CONSTITUTION:The reagents are prepd. and are put into the respective reagent vessels 15 which are then contained in a holding warehouse 16. A nozzle 6 of a unit 5 is positioned above the prescribed vessel 15 and a holder 9 is moved downward to insert the tip of the nozzle 6 into the vessel 15. The calculated portion of the reagent liquid is sucked by the operation of a dispenser. The nozzle 6 is then positioned above the prescribed reagent heating-up vessel 21 and discharges the sucked reagent liquid into the vessel 21. A prescribed amt. of specimen is sucked from a cup 17 by a nozzle 8 and is dispensed into a reaction tube 19. The reagent in the vessel 21 is sucked by the nozzle 6 and is dispensed into the reaction tube 19 so as to be mixed with the specimen after the dispensing into the required number of the tubes 19 is finished. The reactive liquid in the tube 19 is conducted by a nozzle 7 to a flow cell and is subjected to photometry upon lapse of the prescribed time after the reagent is dispensed into the reactive liquid into the tube 19. |
