PURPOSE:To execute all slip processing procedures on an electronic computer system,and to make it paperless by providing a base paper slip file, an operator mail box, an input/output means, a logical checking means, and an approval request slip distributing means. CONSTITUTION:An input operator fetches a base paper slip from a base paper slip file 2 and executes a mail transfer to a checking mail box 4. A slip checking part 20 is started, a logical check of the entry contents is executed, and a mail transfer is executed to an operator main box 3a. The input operator executes a mail transfer to an operator mail box 3b of an input center person, and the input center person executes a mail transfer to an approval use mail box 5 after the confirmation. An approval request slip distributing part 30 is started, and in accordance with an approver route table 31, a mail transfer is executed to a registering operator box 3c. An approver A signs an approval column, and thereafter, executes a mail transfer to the mail box 5, and in accordance with the approver route table 31, the approval processing operation is repeated until the final approval of approvers B, C, and at the time point when the final approval has been executed, the slip contents are registered in a data base 7, and outputted as a formal slip 8.
