<p>Machine tool for milling, boring and drilling, comprising a vertical sliding spindle head. It comprises a support block (17) resting on the ground and having two support planes (18, 19) offset heightwise and laterally, the upper plane (18) supporting a bed (20) bearing slideways (21) on which a movable crosshead (22) moves horizontally, on which crosshead is mounted a horizontally sliding carriage (24) which carries a vertically sliding tool-holding spindle head (25), the said crosshead (22) moving longitudinally above a fixed table (26), or bed, mounted on the lower plane (19) of the support block (17).
