PURPOSE:To prevent a collected toner and the like from scattering toward the outside by installing a magnet sheet in an elastic cleaning roller arranged in a cleaning device. CONSTITUTION:The elastic cleaning roller 4 in friction contact with a photosensitive body is prepared by forming a silicone sponge layer 4c around a shaft 4d, further, a magnet layer 4b having 6 poles, but not limited to 6 poles, around the layer 4c, and a solid silicone rubber layer 4a, as the outermost layer, thus permitting the elasticity of the whole cleaning roller 4 including the layer 4c, 4a to be properly selected in spite of enclosing the magnet layer 4b, and the collected toner to be arrested by the magnetic force and not to be released to the outside, and yet good friction contact action to be maintained at the same time. |
