PURPOSE:To maintain the performance even if a load condition is varied, by deriving a load inertia and bringing a control parameter to a variable control. CONSTITUTION:An input interface 24c in an operation control means 24 inputs a signal of a speed of a motor 2, a current, etc., and by these signals, a CPU 24a calculates a load inertia of its motor 2. By this inertia, for instance, if the load inertia is small, a loop gain value is determined so that a speed loop gain K2 of a control parameter 22 becomes large, this value is stored in the second variable memory, and also, in accordance with this stored loop gin value, the second network 25b in a variable parameter means 25 is controlled from an output interface 24d. Also, a selected fixed resistance (not shown in the figure) of this second network 25b is connected so as to become parallel to an input and an output of an operational amplifier (not shown in the figure) provided in the control parameter 22. |
