PURPOSE:To prevent an adverse influence from being excercised on a floor material through sweeping-away of moist atmosphere under a floor, by a method wherein about the whole of a ground surface under a floor is covered with a covering member having waterproof function. CONSTITUTION:A covering member 10 is formed such that an incombustible adhesive 12 is coated on the one surface of a waterproof sheet 11 of foamed polyurethane resin. Asbestos 13 is sprayed from above by a sprayer for adhesion bond, and the asbestos 13 is impregnated with an insecticide 14 having residual properties to form a mat having pliability. With the waterproof sheet 11 down, the convering member 10 is laid in a manner to cover about the whole of a ground surface 2 under a floor 1. This shuts off humidity from a ground surface by means of the waterproof sheet, and simultaneously provides fireproof function by means of the asbestos, and enables production of a mothproofing effect by means of an insecticide. |
