PURPOSE:To obtain a sufficient adhesion strength against the lens holder by winding a film-like hot-melt adhesive tape having a uniform and a prescribed thickness around an outer circumference of a cylindrical microlens, and then, by inserting the cylindrical microlens into the cylindrical lens holder, to arrange it, and by heating the film-like hot-melt adhesive agent followed by cooling. CONSTITUTION:The film-like hot-melt adhesive tape 6 having the uniform and the prescribed thickness and having a width corresponding to a length of the cylinder part of the microlens is wound around the outer circumference of the cylindrical microlens 2. The film-like hot-melt adhesive agent comprises polyamide and a polyester as main components, and has 90-130 deg.C m.p. The hot-melt adhesive agent 6 is melted with heating followed by cooling to adhesively fix the microlens 2 to the holder 3. The image fiber 1 is inserted from an opposite side of the lens holder 3, and is fixed so as to be a prescribed distance between the microlens 2 and the image fiber 1, thereby reducing a fear of generating an un-uniformity of the adhesion, and obtaining a high adhesive strength, and preventing the generation of the adhesive clearance.
