PURPOSE:To raise the temperature of water by a method in which plates having many small holes are fixed to both sides of a waterway, and a sheathing board is set on the upstream side and fixed. CONSTITUTION:Plates 2 having many small holes 1 are set in parallel with both sides 3 of a waterway and fixed by struts 4 to form revetments. Steel bars 5 are fixed a the middle and lower stages between the plates 2 through the small holes 1, and a sheathing board 6 is fixed to the upstream side of the plates 2 to form a weir. By such a simple device, the temperature of water flowing in the waterway by agitating the water through the small holes 1.
