<p>PURPOSE:To decrease the number of an alarm monitoring object machine by excluding an airplane which flys at the sufficient altitude difference from the lower limit of the safe altitude from the alarm monitoring object. CONSTITUTION:An altitude extracting circuit 11, when X and Y position information 1 is inputted, converts from the X and Y values to the address in which the altitude filter limit value is set, and outputs as address information 3. An altitude setting circuit 13 outputs an altitude filter lower value 4 of the X and Y position of an airplane by the input of the information 3. Based upon the lower value 4, the circuit 11 calculated the altitude filter upper limit value, and outputs the upper limit value and the lower limit value 5 to an altitude deciding circuit 12. The circuit 12 executes the altitude filtering by altitude information 2 of the airplane and the output of the circuit 11, decides whether or not the information 2 is in the altitude filter scope, and output the deciding information and altitude information 6 to an information extracting circuit 14. The circuit 14 inputs the information 6 and X and Y information 7 from the circuit 11 and outputs each information to an alarm monitoring device, etc., as the airplane information 8.</p> |
