PURPOSE:To rotate the visual field of an optical device finely in an optional direction by composing an adjusting device of three frame bodies and two coupling shafts, and fitting the 1st frame body to an optical device and the 2nd frame body to a coupling lever. CONSTITUTION:The device consists of the three frame bodies and the two coupling shafts, and the 1st frame body 11 and the 2nd frame body 14 are made rotatable around the center axis of the 1st coupling shaft 23; and the 2nd frame body and the 3rd frame body 62 are made rotatable around the center axis of the 2nd coupling shaft 68 which has the center axis at 90 deg. to the center axis of 1 the 1st coupling shaft. The 1st frame body is fitted to the optical device and the 3rd frame body is fitted to the coupling lever. Therefore, when the solenoid of a fixing means is excited, the 2nd frame body becomes able to rotate around the coupling shaft irrelevant to a fine driving means to adjust the attitude of the optical device to an optional angle around the coupling shaft, so that the optical axis of the optical device is positioned roughly facing an object of observation, etc.
