PAINTING METHOD FOR AL OR AL ALLOY

摘要

PURPOSE:To make easy the color-coded painting on the surface of Al, etc. by segmenting the painting part of a base material consisting of Al or Al alloy and coating an org. paint to the segmented part then coating an inorg. paint over the entire surface of the base material. CONSTITUTION:The org. paint is first partially coated on the surface of a base plate 13 consisting of Al or Al alloy to form an org. paint film 21 and thereafter the inorg. paint contg. hydrous silica colloid is coated over the entire surface of the plate 13 to form an inorg. paint film 23 over the entire surface of the plate 13 in a painting method for Al or Al alloy. The film 21 and the film 23 have weak adhesive power to each other and therefore the part 23a covering the film 21 in the film 23 is easily stripped. The easy selective painting of the surface of the base material consisting of Al or Al alloy without masking is thus made possible.
