The osteosynthesis system is comprised of: - a blade configured like a gutter in its internal 2/3 and tubular in its external 1/3. The tubular part is pierced with an axial orifice at its end and with an oval vertical slot in its middle part; - a cylindrical nail of 4.5 mm long, which is arciform in its lower part. Its upper extremity is curved like a hook with an orifice at its end. The nail presents a set-back at the junction of those parts. The nail is intended to penetrate by its arciform portion into the oval slot of the blade. A screw threaded into both orifices of the nail and of the blade tightens the two elements. The screw, pushed to an end of stroke, will block the portion of the nail inserted into the oval slot of the blade. The angle formed by the two elements is equal to 130<o>. |
