PURPOSE:To reduce considerably measurement time by subjecting the linear coupling of the data of FIDa or FIDb obtd. by plural times of measurement with varied phases of at least one pulse among three pulses to each other to double Fourier transform. CONSTITUTION:The FIDa and FIDb obtd. by irradiating successively pulse trains of which at least one phase is different and repeating the measurement while changing to 256 stages from, for example, t1 are stored into data files A1-A4 and B1-B4. The codes of all the information appear as + if the phases of the three pulses are 0 deg. in, for example, the FIDb. The codes of the information axial, ZQT(COS), DQT(COSY), NOE invert if the phase of the 3rd phase is 180 deg. and therefore only the specific information can be taken out if the linear coupling of each data file is executed by taking such code inversion into consideration. The 2DNMR spectra of the axial and SQTCOSY are obtd. if the linear coupling is thereafter subjected to the double Fourier transform with, for example, t2' first then t1 by a computer 12.
