PURPOSE:To improve an overall processing ability of an electronic device by providing means for sensing subscriber busy state and means for controlling and regulating the subscriber transmission to a terminal control device. CONSTITUTION:In a terminal control device 10, the state of the subscriber 13 connected to a subscriber's circuit 12 is periodically monitored by a scan memory circuit 14. When a change is detected, the circuit 14 waits for change in information and loads it in a matrix circuit 15. Simultaneously, this subscriber change information is received via a multiplexer 16, a channel switch 17, and a channel control circuit 18 by a central processing unit 19 as a subscriber call information so as to make a cell processing. The subscriber call information loaded on a circuit 15 is received by a microprocessor muPC 20 to make counting of the number of subscriber calls. After sensing the busy state by a number of calls over a prescribed time, the microprocessor muPC 20 commands inhibition of the subscriber change information detection to the circuit 14. The circuit 19 halts connecting processing only to the subscribers put under the control of the device 10 for which the change information is inhibited, while proceeding the call processing of the subscribers of the other device 10. |
