PURPOSE:To economize manhour by incorporating a material to be cut independently of the replaceement of a fixed blade and discharging a cut member in good timing from an movable blade by the driving force due to the lowering of a press. CONSTITUTION:When the slider 14 of a press lowers, a movable blade drops, and a rod member inserted into a vacant hole 4a is cut by the cooperation with an immovable blade 14. The first lever 20 is lowers by a pushing lever 15 from the time point immediately before the bottom dead center of the slider 14, and a trailing shaft 19 is turned through each gear largely in comparison with a main shaft 17, and a working pin 13 advances towards a knock pin through the second lever 26. Therefore, the knock pin is pushed back, and the cut member left on the movable blade is discharged outside the machine. |
