PURPOSE:To unload a work quickly by providing a lever mechanism for inclining a work downward toward the outercircumferential end of lower plate simultaneously with slight lifting of the outer end section of carrier. CONSTITUTION:In lapping/polishing machine 2, a carrier 7 having a work fitting hole 6 which will be a planetary gear around a sun gear 5 on the lower plate 4 is arranged on the upper face of a base 1 while the carrier 7 group is geared with the internal gear 8 at the outside to construct a planetary gear system. At the upper position, an upper plate actuator is provided at the tip of an arm extending from a column 9 to support the upper plate liftably/lowerably. While a bracket 21 is provided at the underside of unloading position of lower plate 4 to couple the base section of the actuator 22 directing toward the outer end through a pin 23 then to couple the tip of said rod 24 through the pin shaft 26 with the tip of respective operating lever 25. |
