PURPOSE:To eliminate adhesion of chips to the cylinder by boring plural small holes through the sidewall of cylindrical saw thereby discharging the chips produced at the inside of inner cylinder through said holes to the outer face of the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The chips produced at the inside of cylinder 1 of a saw H through cutting are discharged through small holes 5a, 5b made through the sidewall of cylinder 1 to the outerface of the cylinder 1. Then said chips are discharged easily through a screw groove 6 made in the outercircumference of the cylinder 1 to the outside of a hole made through said saw 11 in a work 10. Consequently, residual chips are scarely produced resulting in reduction of power loss of motor due to friction between the chips K and the inner face of the cylinder 1.
