PURPOSE:To connect a trunk line incoming call to a specific extension by providing a trunk line attendant board operating identification memory corresponding to a trunk attendant board and a memory storing transfer destination specific extension subscriber-allocated position information when all trunk line attendant boards are busy in a main storage equipment. CONSTITUTION:A central controller 11 applies trunk line incoming display to an attendant board 20 when a trunk line attendant board 20 is in operation and identifies the specific extension subscriber memory storing allocated location information of the transfer destination specific extension subscriber when all trunk line attendant boards are in operation in the main storage equipment 12. When the allocated location information of the specific extension subscriber 21 is stored, a call signal is sent to a line circuit 23 and when not stored, the allocated location information of the trunk line trunk 24 is stored in the memory corresponding to the subscriber 21 in the equipment 12 and the allocated location information of the subscriber 21 is stored in the memory corresponding to the trunk 24. Thus, when the subscriber 21 responds to it, the device 11 uses the memory corresponding to the subscriber 21 in the equipment 12 to close the link B of the main switch 10 of the circuit 23 and the trunk 24 and clears the informing information of the trunk 24 to the circuit 22. |
