摘要 PURPOSE:To increase a correctable area by providing an operating means for converting a polar coordinate component output from an imbalance measuring instrument into a component force coordinate component and for distributing the excess of the maximum correctable quantity of the divided force component to the component force axes on both the sides of the component force axis of the converted component. CONSTITUTION:A titled device is provided with an imbalance measuring instrument 13 detecting the phase difference theta between the amount A of imbalance and a reference phase by outputs from an imbalance detector 11 and a reference position detector 12 generating reference phase signals by detecting the reference position of a rotating specimen through a sensor such as a proximity switch. In addition, the titled device is equipped with a storing circuit 14 to store the maximum correctable quantity, a two-component force operator 15 to distribute polar coordinate componenets A, theta to adjacent two-directional component force axis componenets of a componenet force coordinate of which component axis is the correctable angle position of a rotating spacimen stored in the storing circuit 14, a comparing/subtracting circuit 16 to compare two componenet forces with the maximum correctable quantity stored in the circuit 14, and an operational circuit 17 to distribute the excess of the maximum correctable quantity to right and left componenet force axes adjacent to said component force axis only when one of the component force exceeds the maximum correctable quantity.
