PURPOSE:To attain the reduction of control time by changing the controlled variable of transmission power when a mean value changes in excess of a prescribed value in a control method compensating the attenuation in transmission power. CONSTITUTION:A transmission power control circuit 7 calculates a mean value from n-set of carrier power versus noise ratio C/N measured by a C/N measuring circuit 6, a difference (C/N0-C/N) between the said mean value and the carrier power to noise ratio C/N0 at a fine weather is obtained and the controlled variable is obtained from the converting characteristic. When a deviation with the preceding controlled variable is within a reference quantity, the preceding controlled variable is kept and when the deviation is a prescribed quantity or above, the transmission power is controlled by using a new controlled variable. |
