PURPOSE:To effect the change of a size of transistor only by disconnection of a fuse element by providing divided transistors, fuse elements and control transistors. CONSTITUTION:This device comprises three-divided transistors 14-16 which have the predetermined abilities, conductor wirings 17-19 which are connected to a gate and an input signal A through conductor fuses 11-13, control transistors 20-22, connected between the gate and a ground potential and have the ability of 1/100 of that of said divided transistors 14-16, in which the gate is connected to a power source Vcc. For changing the size of a transistor, the conductor fuse 11 of the divided transistor 14 which is connected to a gate is disconnected. Even if the fuse 11 is disconnected, the gate of the transistor 14 is connected to the ground potential through the control transistor 20 so that an operation error due to coupling does not occur. |
