A drill bit for drilling a hole through at least one of two legs forming a knee link. In the hole, one end of a joint or cruciate ligament replacement is to be inserted and thereafter attached to the leg, whereby the drill bit is aimed and guided by a removable drill fixture connected to at least one of the legs, equipped with a rotational guide in the space between the legs, which features a slit running lengthwise along the bit and a second guide in line with the first guide and outside said space where the first is located. The drill bit's (31) maximum diameter is greater than the slit's width and the drill is equipped with at least one part (33) whose extending right angle against the slit is less than the slit's width.<IMAGE> |
