PURPOSE:To make a hook plate lockable so accurately, by forming a lock hole in a support block a rotatable turn block mounted with a seat, while making the hook plate, performing rotary lock release of the turn block, insertable into this lock hole. CONSTITUTION:A turn block 4 is rotatably supported on a support block 1 through engagement between each rail part 3 and support hooks 9-11. In addition, a cushion frame 21 supporting a seat cushion 20 is attached to the turn block 4 so as to make a front part 20a liftable upward. At the above-mentioned, an operating handle 40 performing rotary lock release of the turn block 4 is rotatably set up on a side plate 7 at the backside of the cushion 20 with a hinge plate 41. And, lock holes 44 and 45 to be engaged with the hook plate 42 of the operating handle 40 each are installed in the support block 1.
