PURPOSE:To make sufficient strength securable without enlarging the plate thickness of a turn block, by supporting the turn block mounted with a seat with even fittingness between a holder and a fitting member at an ordinary position and a rotary facing position of the seat. CONSTITUTION:A turn block 4 is rotatably attached to a support block 1 via engagement between each rail part 3 and support hooks 9-11. In addition, a cushion frame 21 supporting a seat cushion 20 is attached to the turn block 4 so as to make a front part 20a liftable upward. At the above-mentioned, plural holders 12-15 are tightly attached to a position on a concentric circle with the rail part 3 at the specified interval on the support block 1. On the other hand, fitting members 16-19 to be fitted in each of these holders 12-15 are tightly attached to a lower surface of each of side plates 6 and 7 of the turn block 4. With this constitution, the turn block 4 is supported with even these holders 12-15 and fitting members 16-19.
