发明名称 MONOLITHIC INJECTION MOLDING METHOD OF CAPILLARY NOZZLE
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable to manufacture continuously and under favorable production efficiency a product whose inside diameter and thickness are constant, by performing injection molding by giving tension to a pin penetrating through a fine hole of an inside core and a capillarly nozzle part inside an outside core. CONSTITUTION:An inside core 1 provided with a fine hole 2 is inserted into an outside core 5, through which a pin 8 penetrating through the outside core 5 molding a capillarly nozzle part and the fine hole 2 is pierced, injection molding is performed into an injection space 9 of the inside of the mold by giving tension by pulling said pin 8 and the pin 8 is pulled out after cooling. With this construction, it becomes that capillarly nozzles whose inside diameters are constant are formed along a pin diameter, and when, therefore, the pin diameter is varied, the capillarly nozzles having desired diameters can be molded in any number. In addition to the above, as a thickness of the capillarly nozzle can be preset at a desired thickness, not only a constant product, whose inside diameter is small, comes to be producible but also its productivity is favorable.
