PURPOSE:The titled acrylic resin composition prepd. by incorporating a complex ionic organoboron compd., a glycerine monofatty acid ester and a quat. salt of alkyl sulfate together. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. Acrylic resin is compounded with 0.3-5pts.wt. complex ionic organoboron compd. such as bisglyceryl borate monostearate, 0.1-5pts.wt. glycerine monofatty acid ester such as glycerine monostearate and 0.1-0.5pts.wt. quat. salt of alkyl sulfate such as (3-lauramidopropyl)trimethylammonium methyl sulfate. The resulting acrylic resin composition is excellent in antistatic performance and suitable for use in electrical appliance parts such as a diaplate cover of an instrument and a nameplate. |
