PURPOSE:To decrease the delay of the access time by performing the control so that the series received an access later uses the access route of the series received an access earlier for execution of an access action in case the access conflict occurs to the same address. CONSTITUTION:When the access conflict occurs to the same address, a control means works so that the series received and access later uses the access route of the series received an access earlier for execution of an access action. In other words, RAa and RAb are equal to the row address inputs of series A and B respectively and then supplied to an address comparator 11. This comparator 11 delivers signals KLa and KLb to discontinue the selection of either one of both word lines. These signals are supplied to row address decoders (a) and (b) 12 and 13 as well as to column address decoders (a) and (b) 14, 15, 16 and 17 of both series A and B respectively.
