PURPOSE:To enable to obtain free processability and high rigidity, by sticking a prepreg sheet of an ultraviolet curing resin composite to a base material with an adhesive agent beforehand. CONSTITUTION:A carrier sheet for prepreg is fed into a tank 3 in which an ultraviolet curing resin composite 2 is held and an uncured prepreg sheet A is constituted. As for a resin composite 2, a compound having a photopolymerizing group other than epoxy resin can be mentioned and as for a material of a carrier sheet 1, a glass fiber or organic fiber is used for the same. An adhesive agent 4 having a component which does not spoil phote- setting characteristics of photo-setting resin in the prepreg is used to stick the photosetting prepreg sheet A to a base material 5. A protective film 6 is stuck on the bottom of the prepreg sheet A and a composite B is constituted by compressing the prepreg sheet A with compression rollers 7, 7. Then the composite B is cut off into a preset piece, a protective film 6 is peeled off, molded into a preset shape by pressing with a mold 7 and ultraviolet rays 8 are irradiated to a prepreg sheet A part. With this construction, the prepreg sheet A is cured and a rigid composite article is obtained. |
