PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of an electric equipment system at the time of trouble happening, by installing a signal processing part which feeds a central box with a trouble countermeasure signal in place of a detecting signal out of a center when anything unusual in power feed to the sensor occurs in the central box. CONSTITUTION:A central box 20 having connector parts 51-54 to which each of plural wire harnesses 16, 18, 22 and 23 is connected in a separate manner, is set up in the specified position of a car body. This box 20 is provided with a power distributing part 49 and made up of installing a bus bar wiring part 50 inclusive of a bus bar connecting these connector parts 51 and 54 and also a signal processing part 60 inclusive of a pseudo-signal generating circuit 66 inputting each detecting signal out of respective sensors 31 and 33 and generating a pseudo-signal or a trouble countermeasure signal. In addition, the signal processing part 60 outputs a detecting signal of the car speed sensor 31 when trouble in power feed to the car speed sensor 31 is not yet detected, while at the time of trouble detection, it is constituted so as to transmit the pseudo- signal in space of the detecting signal.
