PURPOSE:To make a fact that a seat belt is now applying demonstrable to the outside, by detecting whether the seat belt is applied or not and, according to the detected result, making the indicating light installed in a windshield or the like turn to ON or OFF at an upper part inside a car room. CONSTITUTION:A microswitch 5, having a roller switch lever 4, is installed in a housing of a seat belt receiving seat 1 to be locked to the side of a car body at a position proximate to a seat. This microswitch 5 is installed so as to be turned on with the roller switch lever 4 pressed when the metal fitting 7 installed in a seat belt 8 is inserted into the receiving seat 1 and locked thereto. And, when this microswitch 5 is turned on, that is, when the seat belt 8 is applied, an indicating light 9 being installed in a windshield or the like is lighted at an upper part inside a car room whereby a fact that the seat belt is now applying is displayed to the outside. |
