PURPOSE:To prevent previously a misoperation by supplying the operation signal to a deciding device from an operating tool and comparing the using conditions of the operating tool with the present state of a plant to deliver the operation signal to the plant when the coincidence is obtained from said comparison. CONSTITUTION:An operating tool is provided to a control panel 3, and the operating signal is supplied to a deciding device 4 from the operating tool. The device 4 decides whether or not the operating signal is appropriate to the present state of an atomic power plant 5 and delivers this signal to the plant 5 if it is proper to the state of the plant 5. The plant 5 undergoes the control of its operation with said operating signal and delivers the result of this control to the device 4 as a feedback signal. Then the operating state of the plant 5 is displayed on a CRT6. If the result of this decision is not appro priate, an alrm is given to an operator. At the same time, the plant state is estimated when the operating signal is supplied to the plant 5. The result of this estiamtion is also displayed on the CRT6. |
