PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of a soldering operation and quality by providing a flux spot or flat part to the outside surface of a flux-contg. solder body. CONSTITUTION:The flux 1 of the amt. conforming to the soldering amt. is incorporated into the central part of the solder and the flux spot part 4 or flat part 6 is provided to the outside surface of the solder bodies 2, 42 to eliminate the need for a flux coating operation and to eliminate the positional deviation owing to the floating of the solder and chip parts. Vent holes 3 and flux 1 outflow hole 3' communicating from the flux 1 part to the outside surface in the stage of preliminary heating are preferably provided to the solder body 2. The easy soldering operation with high quality is made possible by the above- mentioned constitution without the positional deviation, short circuiting, etc. of the chip parts, etc. The same effect is obtainable with the solder bodies 2, 42 made into a circular conical, cubic or circular columnar shape. |
