PURPOSE:To prevent generation of a flaw in a windowless molded article by providing a cylindrical protrusion on a cavity corresponding to a part where the existence of the window(s) is expected to exist, and by responding swiftly to existence of window(s). CONSTITUTION:In case of a windowless molded article 4a, a cavity 7 whose central part is provided with a cylindrical protrusion 8 is used. In case of window molded article 1a, a piece 3 is abutted against the cylindrical protrusion 8 and resin does not enter into a space 9. In case of manufacturing of two kinds of the molded articles such as window one and windowless one whose external appearances are indentical with each other, a quick response is possible by performing replacement or changing position of the piece of a core side mold, a part against which the piece is abutted is the cylindrical protrusion 8, only the bottom of a groove is flowed when a material is made into a product and the molten article which does not attract attention on its flaw can be obtained.
