PURPOSE:To make a front seat rotatable, by attaching a seat cushion to the turn block set up rotatably on a floor so as to make an interfering part with peripheral structures around the seat shiftable up to an upward noninterfering position. CONSTITUTION:A support block 1 is tightly installed on a floor 2, and at the central part, there is provided with a rinklike rail part. And, plural support hooks 4 to be slidably engaged with rail part are projectingly installed in a lower part of a turn block 3 which is rotatably supported on the support block 1. At the above-mentioned, a seat cushion 5 is supported on the turn block 3 so as to make its front part 5a liftable upward, while the rear part is pivotally attached to the support plate 6 installed in the turn block 3 rotatably. And, when the seat cushion 5 being in a flat state is rotated, a front angular part 5b interfering with peripheral structures is made so as to make it shiftable up to an upward noninterfering position.
