发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF ZN ALLOY FOR HOT DIPPING HAVING SUPERIOR CORROSION RESISTANCE AND HIGH WORKABILITY
摘要 PURPOSE:To form an Zn hot-dipped plating layer having superior corrosion resistance and causing no peeling at bending by hot-dipping, on the surface of an iron and steel member, a Zn alloy containing in a specific ratio 1 or >=2 kinds among Mn, Ni, and Co, Ti, Al, or further Mg, Si, etc. CONSTITUTION:A Ti alloy containing 1 or >=2 kinds among Mn, Ni, and Co and Al and having 37-72% Ti content is refined and, by use of this Ti alloy and Zn as raw materials, an intermediate Zn alloy containing 2-10% Ti, >=1 kind among small amounts of Mn, Ni, and Co, and Al is manufactured. By use of this intermediate Zn alloy and Zn and Mg or Si as raw materials, the Zn alloy containing 0.1-2% Ti, 0.1-1.6% of >=1 kind among Mn, Ni, and Co, 0.08-5.0% Al, or further containing 0.01-0.8% Mg and 0.01-0.3% Si independently or in combination is manufactured. On application of this Zn alloy to hot-dipping of iron and steel products, the Zn alloy plating layer excelling in peeling resistance in a bending stage as well as in corrosion resistance can be formed.
