PURPOSE:To smooth the surface further, and to reduce an effect on laser energy by attaching a thin-film onto a ground surface by the same blank as a base material through vacuum deposition, etc. and surface-treating the thin-film. CONSTITUTION:A thin-film of the same kind as a blank used as an optical part for an infrared laser is formed onto the ground surface of the blank, and the ground surface is further smoothed, thus manufacturing an infrared optical part. That is, the thin-film consisting of the same substance is attached onto the ground surface manufactured through lapping and polishing processes. The surface of the ground surface consisting of a substance such as ZnSe is improved more smoothly by affixing the thin-film composed of a substance such as ZnSe onto the ground surface consisting of ZnSe. Accordingly, products under the same state of the surfaces can be produced, and the effects of the reduction, etc. of the effect of the surface on laser energy are acquired. |
