<p>PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration in quality of a reproduced picture due to a dynamic vector detected mistakenly by limiting a dynamic vector change to a preceding frame of a dynamic vector detected at each frame while referencing a change in the dynamic vector and obtaining the dynamic vector. CONSTITUTION:A subtractor 2 detects a difference between the present dynamic vector and a dynamic vector detected at a preceding frame inputted from a dynamic vector detection circuit 1 via a 1-frame delay circuit 3 as a dynamic vector change at the present frame. After the dynamic vector change is used as a limit and the timing is adjusted via a 1-frame delay circuit 4, the result is given to a comparator circuit 5. The comparator circuit 5 discriminates whether or not the dynamic vector change at the present frame obtained by a subtractor 6 exceeds a limit or not. When the dynamic vector change exceeds the limit, the dynamic vector change is limited to the limit value and outputs the limit value.</p> |
