PURPOSE:To provide a motor pulley without any play by providing a collar on the outer periphery of a pulley hub while the collar is provided with a rotation stopping hole and then a rim is molded integrally with the pulley hub. CONSTITUTION:This motor pulley is provided on the outer periphery of a metal pulley hub 8 with a square collar 8a which is formed with rotation stopping holes 8b. Further, the pulley hub 8 as an insert is molded with resin to fill a portion of the resin in said holes 8b. A rim 9 is molded integrally with the resin on a circle concentric with the hub to make the motor pulley. The rim 9 and hub 8 is firmly coupled with each other by the action of the resin filled in said holes 8b without producing any play. |
