PURPOSE:To prevent dust, etc., from being accumulated in each opening by forming a contact part which is nearly as thick as a top film having openings bored in correspondence to respective external connection terminals made of a conductor. CONSTITUTION:A conductor 7 is made of copper foil, respective external connection terminal parts 7a are formed larger than respective openings 11a in the top film, and contact parts 7-1-7-8 are formed by copper plating while projected on the respective external connection terminal parts 7a. Those contact parts 7-1-7-8 are formed as large as or slightly smaller than the respective openings 11a of the top film 11 (within ISO standard) and provided almost in the center of each external connection terminal part 7a; and each contact part is nearly as thick as the top film 11. Therefore, while the contact parts 7-1-7-8 are fitted in the respective openings 7a of the top film 11, no dust is accumulated in each opening 7a. |
